I found this to be rather amusing.

"ALL MOMENTS ARE KEY MOMENTS"

This time next year I will have a degree, and hopefully I'll be well on my way to having a job in a lovely city. I've been thinking about that a lot since I've been home, about what I need to do to be ready, about how in the world I'm going to live on my own. I've had a discussion with a few people over the past couple of months about how we're approaching the end of the already written story. For the past 22 years (well, 21 right now) life has been mostly planned out with not too many surprises. It's been all school and learning, and next year it will be time to take all of that school and learning and put it into something... to make a life. And more than "Where do I live?" the question is "How do I live?" In what capacity will I be happy, and also in what capacity can I help make others happy? How do I live in the bigger story of what God is doing in this world instead of just my own smaller story? How can my small story be a part of something larger than myself? And I know that I am not going to change the whole world, as nice as that would be. But, how can I live and work in such a way that my life enriches the community around me? I suppose only time will tell.

HAPPILY SETTLED

I am home again, and my time here is passing by so quickly. Next week I return to Nashville and begin my internship. So much has happened in the past week and a half though. I've started figuring out what I need to do to prepare myself for graduation and whatever comes after that. I've been studying up on New York City: Looking at design firms (I really like The Rooster Design Group), reading about neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Manhattan, looking at apartments on Craigslist, and, surprisingly, finding a church I like (Origins Church).

Going along with the moving theme: In my spare time I've been dreaming about decorating my own apartment, buying dishes, painting furniture, and other various things. I've even gone so far as to pick out the salt and pepper shakers that I want:

In other news, my mom and I watched the whole second season of Grey's Anatomy. Excellent. And, I got my haircut...

I wish I had something deeper to say right now, but really I just wanted to post something because I've been manipulating the template all day to make it look like I want :)
